Head of the Egyptian Tax Authority Mahmoud Mohamed Aly has announced the completion of a successful taxation season this year.  He said the tax collection is expected to reach a 100 billion pounds to contribute in Egypt’s development set out by President Mubarak including the construction of new projects.  He noted that the tax base was forecast at approximately 90billion pounds but the latter amount has been considerably surpassed.
