Minister of Finance Dr. Youssef Boutros Ghali has issued a resolution to amend the commercial value of agricultural property.
Head of the real estate tax authority Ismail Abdel Rassoul has reiterated that the decision made by the Minister of Finance has taken place in response to cabinet regulation on evaluating agricultural property.
