Minister of Finance Dr. Youssef Boutros Ghali has decided to form a committee to implement laws that will regulate customs exemptions according to law 186/1986.  The committee is charged with implementing rules on commercial operations that regulate imports and the consequent  exportation of in kind local products which warrant exemptions. Sub committees may be formed to prepare technical reports on pending issues to be streamlined. (source: Alwafd)
