Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, Dr. Mostafa Hedib, President of the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial and Banking Sciences, and Dr. Rasha Ragheb, First Vice President of the Academy, witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the two sides. The agreement reflects their commitment to investing in human capital and developing the Ministry’s workforce, in line with the State’s strategy to build exceptional human capabilities that support fiscal and economic reform and Egypt’s Vision 2030.

 

The protocol, signed by Ahmed Abdel Razek, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, and Dr. Amr El-Nahhas, Vice President of the Academy for Business Development and Training, aims to strengthen the administrative and professional capacities of employees by offering partial scholarships for the Ministry’s staff, affiliated entities, and their families to enroll in postgraduate programs.

 

It also provides for the exchange of expertise and knowledge.

 

The Minister of Finance stressed that the signing of this protocol is an important step toward developing human capital and enhancing employees’ capabilities, thereby boosting institutional performance and advancing sustainable development. He underlined that this initiative reflects the Ministry’s firm belief in the strategic importance of investing in people as a cornerstone of its vision and objectives.

 

Dr. Mostafa Hedib, President of the Academy, expressed his pride in this cooperation, noting that the Academy will leverage its academic and research expertise in education to support the Ministry of Finance in preparing well-qualified cadres capable of effectively addressing future challenges.

 

Dr. Rasha Ragheb, First Vice President of the Academy, extended her gratitude to the Minister of Finance, expressing her confidence that this partnership will have a positive impact on the Ministry’s employees and affiliated entities, who will benefit from the Academy’s extensive expertise across various fields.
