Minister of Finance, Dr.Ahmed Galal, confirmed that the obvious attendance of Citizens, since the first hours of voting on the draft constitution, indicates the Egyptians’ awareness of road map’s importance, and their belief in democratic path. This country is ready to a great political transformation, as the State’s institutions will be re-constructed, establishment of dialogue values and political competitiveness.

The Minister declared after voting in the referendum at Al Maadi Military High School that Egypt is in its way to build political institutions, realizing situations’ stability and economic recovery. He added that the new constitution represents all Egyptian society categories. Its high percentage adoption will be the true start to accomplish the 30^th of June revolution’s goals, and the requests of Egyptians in freedom, social justice and progress.

He expressed his trust in the army and police power to secure the referendum, adding that he’s sure that each Egyptian will not hesitate in participation.
