Minister of Finance Dr. Youssef Boutros Ghali has announced that it is possible that the State Budget will benefit  from the third mobile licence.  The government, he said, can use the investment to handle the budget deficit and increase foreign investments by up to three billion dollars, representing a rise in activity, tax payment, revenues and the subsequent expansion in social services.
