Finance Ministry approves monthly pension for families of January 25

Finance Minister Samir Radwan said that the Egyptian government has approved a monthly pension of 1,500 EGP to the families of the martyrs of the January 25 revolution.
Finance Minister Samir Radwan said on Tuesday 15/2/2011 that the step comes in line with directives by Caretaker Prime Minister Ahmed Shafiq.The minister said the Health Ministry is currently coordinating with the Interior Ministry to list the names of the martyrs in order to contact their families and pay out the pension.
