Chief of General Tax Authority, Mr. Hosny Gad, confirmed that great numbers of taxpayers surging in order to settle their suspend or currently disputes before courts that dates back to first of October 2004. They hope to finalize these disputes against repayment part of tax due according to brackets mentioned under article 6 of new tax law .Mr. Gad added that revenue authorities are working to accept the applications for settlement till issuance of circular book to activate article 6 by H.E Minister of Finance to take the necessary procedures of finalizing such disputes
