Head of the Egyptian Tax Authority Mahmoud Mohamed Aly took a field tour in tax districts in Upper Egypt in Menya and Beni Suwaif on occasion of the completion of the fiscal year and in order to get acquainted with the difficulties that face the tax community in its entirety. He said the tax department is focused on serving the community. He said that combating tax evasion is not an end in itself but is intended to apply the law.  He noted that building training centers in Upper Egypt is meant to train employees on handling the tax law.
