Dr Samir Radwan, the Minister of Finance, has instructed Social Insurance Offices across the country, and Manpower Directorates in Cairo and other governorates to receive Unemployment Compensation Applications from members of the public who are covered by social insurance and who have lost their jobs as a result of the recent events in Egypt.

The Ministry of Finance has issued free forms to apply for compensation for facilities and projects which were looted or damaged. The forms will be available in Income Tax Offices, and Chambers of Industry and Commerce in all governorates, the minister pointed out.
