[/MOFGallerySource/Arabic/pics/ministerPic6.jpg] Next Tuesday, Minister of Finance, Mr. HanyKadryDimian shall meet with 468 of the Ministry staff, of which 322 have master and PHD degrees and 146 universities top graduates to discuss many unconventional proposals, ideas and visions provided by them to generally develop the Ministry work, especially, to reduce the budget deficit and to improve management of public finance. The Central Department of Financial Research and Administrative Development in the Ministry received many ideas and researches targeted to develop public resources and to tighten public money control, as well as suggestions to rationalize spending through specific procedures to be taken to improve and promote work mechanisms in the Ministry and in the state’s administrative system, and also new assumptions to improve work environment and morally motivate employees, similar to other countries. The said meeting comes within the Minister’s keenness to constantly communicate with the Ministry staff to involve them in formulating and making the Ministry’s public policies and to benefit from their day life work experiences in the follow-up of the Ministry of Finance’s work files associated with action mechanisms of other state public entities that would be useful in expanding perspective of different issues vision.
