Minister of Finance approves the establishment of dispute settlement committees at Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Bank Federation headquarters. Dispute settlement principles will be applied as of the coming years to prevent dispute replication. Letters from Tax Authority, will be sent to corporations identifying law benefits and opportunities provided for dispute settlement. Ministry of Finance invites taxpayers to accelerate submission of dispute settlement requests before 25/9/2017 .  Ad Hoc Committees for Tax Dispute Settlement shall comprise a member of the civil judiciary, and of the state council to insure their neutrality and impartiality  Ministry of Finance shall assign higher committees for coordination of and supervision on all affiliate committees to unify settlement rules.
