The project aims to invest in the cadres working in the Ministry of Finance and its affiliated bodies and develop plans and programs for leaders on an international scientific basis, believing that trained and qualified human cadres are the cornerstone of professional and advanced institutional performance.

This protocol comes as an affirmation of the role of the National Training Academy as a strategic partner of the Ministry of Finance in the implementation of its initiative "You First", which aims to develop the capabilities of the Ministry's employees, as they are the cornerstone in developing the level of services provided to citizens, with the aim of developing and qualifying human cadres in various sectors of the Ministry, through specialized training programs provided by the Academy in accordance with the latest professional standards.

Minister of Finance, Ahmed Kouchouk, expressed his happiness at the signing of this protocol, which opens promising prospects for more fruitful cooperation between the two sides in order to invest strongly in the human element, which makes us more capable of achieving financial and economic goals, pointing out that we are very open to localizing all international knowledge, experiences and practices in the financial, administrative and economic fields.

The Minister said that we aim to build more scientifically and practically competent human cadres to create the leaders of the future, explaining the need to provide training opportunities that stimulate creativity and innovation, based on realistic analysis of challenges.

Dr. Rascha Ragheb stressed that the signing of this protocol represents an important step in supporting the state's efforts towards institutional transformation and raising the efficiency of the administrative apparatus, noting that cooperation with the Ministry of Finance is a model for the integration of roles between state institutions to serve development goals.

Dr. Ragheb added: "We at the Academy are committed to providing qualitative training programs, based on realistic needs, and designed specifically to suit the nature of the work of cadres within the Ministry of Finance, and we will work together to develop leadership and technical skills, in a way that enhances the ability of the employees to make decisions and manage change efficiently."

She explained that the Academy will provide various programs including executive training, leadership qualification, and administrative development, in addition to interactive workshops aimed at empowering cadres with modern work tools and methods, and keeping pace with the digital transformation in financial management.

The visit included a tour for Mr. Ahmed Kouchouk and Dr. Rascha Ragheb to the premises of the Academy, followed by a meeting with the trainees of the various programs, and followed up on the progress of the training process inside the halls of the Academy. The visit was concluded by taking a collective commemorative photo with the graduates of the programs of the Women's School for Leadership Qualification.

This protocol is an extension of the Academy's vision of supporting national institutions and investing human resources through an integrated training and development system based on innovation and sustainability, which enhances the quality of government services and accelerates the pace of administrative reform.
