Minister of Finance Dr. Youssef Boutros Ghali is expected to issue a new customs law for passengers to and from Egypt.  Head of the Egyptian Customs Galal Abul Fotouh said that declaration papers are expected to streamline the release of baggage during vacations when outlets are usually crowded.  He said the customs statements will be issued in both English and Arabic and will be distributed among passengers on planes or boats to be individually filled out.
