Head of the Customs Authority Galal Abul Fetouh has reiterated that the authority is keen to upgrade human resources.  To encourage a more advanced performance at work, a number of training courses have been developed inside and outside the country to tackle the technical aspect of customs work.  A number of field trips have also been arranged to expedite the development of human resources.
