Statistics undertaken by the Ministry of Finance have shown that the total quarterly deficit of the budget of the current fiscal year has dropped to 4% of the GDP compared to 4.7%  of GDP last year.

Statistics undertaken by the Ministry of Finance have shown that the total quarterly deficit of the budget of the current fiscal year has dropped to 4% of the GDP compared to 4.7%  of GDP last year. A surplus of 4% has also been registered compared to a deficit in the balance of payment of 1.2% last year.  The surplus has been attributed to an increase in revenue by 15.2%.  Other extraordinary revenues has recurred in view of the sale of the third mobile license.
