Under the chairmanship of Mofeed Shehab, Minister of legal affairs the cabinet group entrusted with the political and the legal affairs have amended a number of laws on tenders passed by the People’s Assembly. Minister Shehab announced that the cabinet team on legal issues has settled on a number of procedures and rules that must be adhered to in the transactions related to real estate and licenses including direct agreement with settlers who have either built on land or managed to reform or cultivate it.
