The customs authority has determined the procedure for the application of the method of collection via e-mail and those are: Customs community that possess a visa card machine should use the visa card as a modern method for collection.  There are steps which the client must be familiar with in implementing the visa card including the amount of fees he must deposit through an electronic screen in the lobby or waiting area within the customs centers that issues automatic applications with data imprinted on it. The client then submits his or her visa card at the cashier. Payment is in this case by the visa card using the operable machine supplied by the bank and which is under the jurisdiction of the cashier. The receipt is issued along with two copies including a discount from the current account of the client with Al Ahli Bank visa card.  A signature from the client is then delivered and is being checked to match the signature in the bank files. The client receives a copy of the receipt.  At the end of the working day, Al Ahli Bank sends the daily statement to the authority with details of transactions and a collective list for the operations is being prepared.  The bank deposits amounts through the visa system on the same day of collection or the following day with a notice to the Central Bank.
