In a matter of days, the first stage of the modernization of the real estate tax district will take place in an effort to simplify the method of payment and encourage taxpayers to pay their dues. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance Ismail Abdel Rassoul declared that Minister Ghali has approved the modernization of the tax districts to be part of the new tax law on real estate prior to its review by the People’s Assembly.
