The People’s Assembly has yesterday passed a draft law to amend laws on bids and tenders allowing the disposal of real estates and permits to be exploited indirectly by squatters or land occupants provided the latter undertake the reform of a 100 feddans of desert land or ten feddans from the old agricultural areas.
