Head of the tax authority Mahmoud Mohamed Aly indicated that the tax authority is committed to the social welfare of its employees.  Describing the tax institution as a services department, Mr. Aly said that a new tax authority will be established in three years that will be  based on cutting edge technology and will conform to international standards in serving customers.  In statements made at a ceremony to honor retired tax employees, Mr. Aly explained  that  sales and tax authorities worldwide are conforming to a single system to encourage investments and to avoid double taxations.  He said that a brand  new tax department will be completed in three years and will feature the implementation of advanced technology to the best advantage.
