PM Dr. Ahmed Nazeef has discussed the procedures to amend laws on auctions and tenders and means to allow settlers to benefit from lands they reclaimed to build on or reform and cultivate. Cabinet spokesman Magdy Rady has said the law discussed at an expanded meeting and attended by ministers of finance, legal affairs, housing, agriculture, local government and the governors of North Sinai and Matrouh will be reviewed by the committee on policies before approval by cabinet.  Proposals include suggestions for direct talks with settlers.
