The tax districts have been called on to list the number of taxpayers who have not submitted their tax returns and to get into contact with them to submit their returns for 2005. The regulations have been issued alongside facilities to incite taxpayers to voluntarily submit their returns alongside penalties for tardiness between 2000 and 10,000 pounds while to absolve them from prison sentences. Head of the tax authority Mahmoud Mohamed Aly has said that the taxpayers in question will be defined as evaders.
