Head of the Egyptian Tax Authority has affirmed that the tax which causes the closure of a business is a failed tax and the new thought within the new reform plans is to consider tax return authentic and to have solutions for cases however difficult. Mr. Mahmoud Mohamed Aly has reiterated that the new concept within the construct is to facilitate the tax payment process among taxpayers and to spread the tax language among citizens.  The statements came during the opening of a tax guide office at the 10th of Ramadan city in efforts to alleviate additional steps among industrial workers. The tax chief said that in reviewing taxpayers commitments it has been found that 70% of taxpayers have not filed their tax returns in view of not comprehending the tax payment process.
