36 million EGP. for restoration  of the State Council courts in 8 governorates

Within efforts of the Ministry of Finance to support production  sectors , Minister of Finance – Dr. Hani Kadri Dimian agreed to enhance the allocations specified for public business sector restructuring fund by the amount of 140 million EGP. , to be transferred in two installments to finance wages’ deficit in spinning and textile sector companies , which  raise the total amounts allocated for spinning sector for about one billion and 174 million EGP. during the current financial year only in addition to providing 30 million EGP. for the Egyptian of Iron and Steel Company.

The Minister announced that the Ministry allocates the amount of 3.15 million EGP.  for  Al Azhar university to fund maintenance of the damages resulted out of riot events committed by students of the banned group in some faculties, in addition to the amount of 220 million EGP. For the Radio and Television union within the monthly payments borne by public treasury to support the union in light of the severe economic conditions which it  passes through.

In supporting education  process , the Minister said that he agreed to enhance  the appropriations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research by the amount of 493.3 million EGP., of which 115.3 million EGP. to fund minimum wages increase  of Government universities, while directing the rest to finance other items deficit in the universities budgets.

The Minister also  agreed to strengthen the allocations of the  State Council by the amount of  36 million EGP. to be used in the restoration of the courts in eight governorates, such as El Behera, El Minia , Beni Sweif , Sohag , El esmailia , El gharbia  , Kafr El Sheikh and El Fayoum , as well as equipping and furnishing princess Fawkiya’s palace, which is under the supervision of the State Council .
