The Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the Real Estate Authority has vowed to enrich the State treasury and collect the due fees on real estate.  Both authorities have therefore encourage the financiers and collectors institute to prepare qualified individuals who will serve as certified cadres who can cooperate with taxpayers. Mrs. Inas Kasseb, manager of the collectors institute said qualified batches graduate and who are totally aware of the importance of collecting fees due the treasury.  A number of distinguished professors are currently undertaking the training. The curricula is the backbone of the institute with chapters on buildings and land ownerships in addition to fees on entertainment entities.  Training of tax officials are undertaken in a year.  The institute accepts thanawaya amma or high school certificates in addition to commercial thanawaya and high school Al Azhar certificates.
